Jessica Thomas is in her 12th year of teaching Art. She grew up in Crystal Lake, Il., near Chicago, and played soccer and volleyball. She graduated with a degree in Fine Art from Clemson University, in South Carolina. She then earned a Masters Degree in Art Education from Columbia College in Chicago. She married the love of her life in September 2014 and enjoyed a honeymoon in Nicaragua. She and her husband Kyle, have two sons, Rex and Enzo.  Jessica is an artist, avid reader, outdoor lover, world traveler, and very close with her family. She taught for 9 years in Longmont, Colorado at Mead High School and is now in her third year of teaching and coaching at Hendrickson High School in Pflugerville, TX. She spends her summers at her family's cabin in northern Wisconsin, their second home in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and with her childhood friends in Chicago. She absolutely loves being a teacher and especially loves Hendrickson High School. She is looking forward to a great year! Go Hawks!
